I like when victims are frozen to become part of a collection of archetypes. Like a knight, an athlete, a lawyer... their entire life is reduced down to a single stereotype, and immortalised as a sexy decoration.

Bonus points if he has fun with it. One room has a princess frozen in a throne room along with an army of maids. A whole cheerleading squad is frozen in one go, and arranged to cheer on the next victims as they turn. He goes out on Halloween and tries to collect a woman dressed as every animal, so their chiseled down torsos can adorn his wall on mounted trophies. His whole collection is just people objectified in the most literal sense.

And femboys of course. They make great statues. I like the idea of a world where every single twink who puts on a skirt is dooming himself to being spirited away and converted to a lewd mockery of his identity.
