>we recently had a heartbreaking encounter with an alternate future version of a friendly NPC and had to put her down like Old Yeller (hopefully the extra life gambit we tried worked)
>the two headed undead construct and the pony are officially a couple
>found an NPC stuck in a chalk prison
>like it was just drawn on the floor and wall to look like a jail cell from one perspective, but he was still stuck
>helped the NPC out only to be threatened with a mini-nuke
>talking dog successfully talked him into handing over the stupid thing like he said he would in exchange for freeing him, then said NPC blundered right into a time loop puzzle that we would probably pull him out of
>talking dog's edible kicked in just after this confrontation, while he still had the bomb
>also he decided to invoke the local trickster spirit, a move which dumbfounded even the GM's narrator character
>said trickster spirit had thought we'd abandoned her and walked back a deal we made with her a while back and that had to get talked out, but we're cool again
>this all took place over the course of like two rooms
Uhh.... well? I'll say it's going well. My GM has mashed so much stuff into the Darkest House that shit hardly even makes sense, but I'm having a lot of fun.
