they're killing yet another low play rate champion for no reason! the assassin/bruiser itemization problem is not any champion's fault, it's the items' fault and they refuse to tweak them and instead keep tweaking the champions as if that's the solution when it (Rek'Sai, Olaf reworks) has already been tried and proven it doesn't work! they just do not learn!
