I'm making a 3D animated movie instead.
Been working on it for nearly 4 years now but I'm close to finish.
Once it's finally out, I'll take probably a few months off to just do nothing at all but play video games or make small projects just to not completely forget how to use Blender, then after that, I'll start another big 4 year old animate project like this again since I already have a different story in mind I'd like to make something out of.
It gets kind of boring and miserable at times when you get to work on parts that are very formulaic, repetitive and require some kind of more in-depth organizing, but you just push through, and aside from that, it's actually fun and fulfilling work.
