Absolutely barbaric. I am kinda torn on what kind of sentences should be given in such cases. On one hand, I'm like "no mercy, death penalty NOW", but on the other hand I... dunno... it's difficult. Maybe we should just make such people work their asses off in coalmines for the rest of their live to have at least some kind of benefit from their existence.
