Dunno but Kino is one of their most famous rock bands, and they have some real fanatics. There's a landmark "Kino wall" in Moscow. Viktor Tsoi was like their Mick Jagger who blew up in the 80s during Perestroika and then died in a car crash. I think Russians are good at doing that Joy Division stuff because they're an understated, deadpan kind of people. The band still plays concerts with virtual Tsoi.
