They'd need to hit the exact same places, multiple times for it to work. One detonation won't do it either, it would basically need to have the entire mountain covered in penetration impacts and each impact containing several bombs going down the first hole each and every time. Literal Luke Skywalker on the death star accuracy on small holes from tens of thousands of feet high.

China has been dropping giant cargo planes(at least 5) off in Iran since this started. No one knows what's on board these craft.
The official flight logs show each flight went to Luxembourg but they all actually went to Iran.
