The only ones I really recommend are Christine Schneider's trilogy of FM campaigns, which you're meant to play in order because they are related (Ponterbee Station, UNN Nightwalker, UNN Polaris). Get the latest versions of them from their systemshock.org threads because the ones on thiefmissions are outdated. I did also play one called Return to the UNN but it's very raw and unpolished compared to Christine's, the one in the OP (Blind Disposition) is somehow even more raw and unpolished than that.
But yeah there's like 10 FMs total. You could probably clear all SS2 FMs in a couple weeks of playing if you really wanted to, unlike with Thief where you would have to play hundreds of hour long missions.
