Being a lolicon doesn't necessitate being a pedophile. One is an attraction to drawings of little anime girls (lolis), and the other is an attraction to real-life little girls. You can have the former without the latter. An ironic lolicon is someone who pretends to be a lolicon online to regurgitate shitty memes, fit in with a crowd, or solely to be "countercultural" or own the libs. They're poseurs without a sincere appreciation for lolis, hence "ironic".
