With a prexisting install/libray things get very muddy. Daz will always instll the base program and related plugins to your primary drive.
Public Documents is where the llibaries get installed by default (your content, clothes, etc).
Add a new library, name and select your preferred destination for installs. Then remove the recommended/default library (see pic related).
As far as moving existing installs, its possible but you'll probably have to mess with reimporting metadata and what not. However, if your library is well curated you can just navigate to the product by memory. This is why I always suggest creating different library folders. At the very least for the different stores and a quarantine library for new freebies or content from shittier creators in case it automatically applies morphs across a generation. Just easier to track down that way.
