The initial trials of loli cumdumps revealed that people will pierce the cumdump's nipples and clits with things like rusty nails, dirty needles found on the street etc. This often caused infections and put the cumdump out of service. It was decided that they would all be pierced during their training to prevent the amount of time the cumdumps are out of service.
