Field Exploration is the mini game where you play as Seia. As the FE story advances, you'll later be able to farm for JK Karin's elephs. You don't need to worry about that too much right now. Just know that you're guaranteed a 1* JK Karin after completing episode 1 of the event story, so catch up on the main story if needed and sweep the event quest stages so you can clear out the shop and get more event points
