I had very bad luck on characters. I had my Yanfei team I was hoping I could deploy earlier but I never got the characters, instead it kept giving me my shitty ones. Also didn't have good Blessing luck. I still could have starred 9 but I was lazy. I feel like the Stella are getting a bit harder to get.
