There is also this. We once hosted a K-Pop cover event, where brazilian girls could larp like their favorite K-Pop band and do a dance. It got super popular and had massive adherence, so much that the organizers became almost suicidally depressed because they made the whole event free for everyone, thinking that there'd be no adherence.
It is mostly teenagers and womenchildren (a lot of them here, brazilians don't mature after the age of 14), but brazilian parodies of K-Pop are just one succesful case waiting to happen. We already export our dancers to your dance schools, so they can imitate your soulless dancing.
Luckily, any person in my family caught listening to K-Pop in my family would catch the stick very soon.
