Even if not part of the canon manga, the fact the artist still draws the FMCs being fucked by someone else in supposedly non-canon fanbox still tells you something.
Reminds me of "the ragged elf and the apothecary" case.
In the canon series, this elf slave gets bought by a guy that wants to heal her. Besides all the injuries she has, it gets even mentioned the elf womb is damaged. Even if they don't outright mention or show how many times she got violated, it isn't hard to guess that it happened.
...then the artist made a fanbox prequel doujin of the elf getting captured, and then tortured and raped for like 30 pages.
Funnily enough, according to some anons in past threads, the author said it wasn't canon, or that the elf in the doujin wasn't the one in the canon series.
But it was clear through the doujin, by the injuries that elf was getting, that they were intended to be the same character.
