Here's the result from my perspective.
I don't comprehend why you would ever pick 4m over other options, like say 5m. 4m can deal into the riichi while 5m can't, and mortal's kamicha having a kanchan on 5m seems very unlikely. Plus 5m means you're safe next turn too.
