Got to A18 too kin, still WIP clearing it, the elite/boss buff is tough. As for full evolved teams, they're just getting the Genoma drop that appears sometimes which evolves all rejection ops. Rare but higher odds in my experience if lots of ops are rejected like doing Izumik or Sharmy.
