If my schizo speculation is correct then Israel's about to start an even bigger "refugee" crisis than 2015. Europe's establishment is already having trouble holding on, it wont survive another million or two rapefugees. Germany might be preemptively telling them that their doors are closed. It could even reinforce the sign-tappers' theory if you treat it like native appeasement before NATO gets more belligerent with Russia.
