Skirk seems like a financially safe and formulaic character to me. She is a sword-wielding warrior girl with an edgy-but-not-too-edgy theme and an ice motif, her design is an inoffensive blue + white + black with a minidress and thighhighs, she is supposed to be outwardly cold yet sentimental deep down inside, and she is a retread of a preexisting character in a sister game (Jingliu). Nothing daring, nothing ambitious, simply guaranteed to pull in a predictably high amount of revenue.
