I don't have the exact prompt sadly, but you have to keep reiterating "facial details, stunning green eyes, freckles, eyeliner, smokey eyeshadow, detailed lashes." You gotta tell it what to put on her. Use professional photo or cinematic style, casual photo does not work for me. Also prompting for oily and glossy skin helps take away blurry parts.
