There is no solid proof on T. rex having feathers, and so far the only skin found on the animal reveales it had scales. That doesn't discards it could have feathers on its body, and is a popular theory young individuals could have sported a feathered coat they would lose later on on their lives, but as far as we know, the king is featherless for the moment.
