Do you guys have any 3d program/ site that helps you understand the muscles? I've been using complete anatomy but I can only use it with a free trail. So far its been by far the most helpful to understand the anatomy and it even has animations that describe the motion of each muscle.

Id keep using it, but that shit is subscription based. Any alternatives I can use?
