They should have done something like...."engagement points" instead of preregisters.
By masking it as engagement points, they can basically just do whatever they want with it instead ofa ctually counting on the players.
Also while I am bored, I do also want to yap a little about how it's interesting a supposed "fan outlet" (using that term loosely here) like the twitter in >>528683121 is baiting with such negative title so early.
When I first got into gaming and started browsing fansites and forums (waiting for Blizzard games to come out while they still had their infamous "When it's done" motto), those places tend to be a lot more positive and generally on the developer's dick until quite literally there's no other recourse. It's interesting to see the shift from being actual fans to....basically just being another channel to farm social media clicks.
