Very well.
>Would you support Texas, California etc seceding and joining mexico because they are have a plurality of mexicans?
It's inevitable that regions will break away when they no longer identify with their parent region/identity. There are some swaths of territory within both states that are de-facto Mexican, but since they have no local economic influence (outside the cartel towns) it's not likely to lead anywhere in the next couple decades.
I have no opinion on this more than I have an opinion on the changing of the seasons; both are inevitable and we should prepare for when they eventually happen.
