INCIDENT LOG – ENTITY CONTACT [CASE FILE: PSYFORM-DELTA-9]
Location: Infernal Threshold, Sub-Zone C-6
Assigned Personnel: Agent Rowe, Agent Velasquez, Paratech Specialist Klem
Initial contact was made with a Class Unknown entity appearing in the form of a small, winged juvenile. Approx. 0.8m in height. Coloration: light pink. Manifested behavioral cues indicative of distress: trembling, retreating posture, vocal mimicry of human child (age estimate: 4–6 years). Entity appeared non-threatening and in need of assistance.
Post-engagement analysis determined the observed form was a psychic projection.
The true entity occupies ~17m3 of space and is non-humanoid, exhibiting polyspatial anatomy and latent telepathic aggression. Projection ceased upon attempted physical contact. Immediate effects included spatial inversion of Agent Rowe’s visual cortex and auditory bleed from walls (non-local source). Entity currently uncontained. Recommend Class-IV memetic shielding for all further contact attempts.
Note (Velasquez):
>"It wasn’t lying. It was scared. Just not of us."
