hmm, I mean it really comes down to the artist and medium tags. You could go the traditional media route and add some watercolor vibes, or maybe just prompt for a very distinct artist. At this moment im testing leebo_(leeboxxx) and yamamoto_souichirou. Add some aya_shobon and I bet you'd get something very interesting. Also negging 'shiny skin' can change the vibes alot. Other very well trained artists are ohasi, ojipon and hiramedousa. But hiramedousa is a very funky mix of realistic shading for the body but very anime faces. And I'd say you'll have to play around with weights on all of them, they are very strong.
