I noticed something similar during my time in the military; there wasn't alot of women in maintenance or security forces, and not many of those ones were competent at all. The women that were actually good at their job were usually butch tomboy lesbos that actually liked fixing trucks or shooting guns, while the latter were token hot chicks that would literally suck off all the high ranking dudes in the bunkers or van behind the tents. I guess where I'm going with this, it's hard to find good help.
