Why the fuck do they even care if the super boogieman Russia of their nightmares actually could and did take all of Europe?

Russia is a multiethnic country ruled by fake democracy that restricts free speech, guns, is full of brown muslims, and even faggots, the same as any other European country.
The people could continue on with their daily lives doing what they already do, but with cheaper gas.
