I know you're all busy talking about the new leaks or whatever but can someone tell me if a character's level matters for the damage they deal?
I brought some level 70 characters along for the new area and even though they're using level 90 weapons and solid artifacts stolen from some of my actual meta characters it feels as if they only deal like a third of the damage my level 90 characters do
I know it's not uncommon for JRPGs to have some kind of damage formula where a low level character deals less damage to enemies above their level so I have no idea if that's a concept they also copied for Genshin
