Tensor allows it, even CivitAI used to. Also they allow you to use ComfyUI, which is great. It's all I've really used.

And yes, Tensor is sadly starting to ban all kinds of stuff. I can't use the WAI NSFW Illustrious v14 model anymore, but there's one called [Merge] "WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL-v10.5 - V1.0" that is still allowed and works fine.
