Tried doing it by changing my previous prompt but results still mostly have the same problem...
I did try running a few more "barebones" gens without quality tags and with no other style loras attached as well, and it actually did gen her top properly like twice (picrel is one of them, same seed+prompt but one without goggles to check if it made any difference) among others with the same issue, but I usually wasn't changing anything in the prompt for that to happen. I don't really know what gives

Doesn't seem to make a difference, it was only present in a few of the images but removing the tag from them seems to have no real effect either way. One thing that might relevant is that the dataset features another outfit (which is her in a formal suit, no cleavage or anything), but I used a separate activation tag for that so I didn't think it should be affecting anything?
Genuinely at a loss here, this is the first time I run into this problem with a Lora and it's not like it's a minuscule detail in her design
