I actually like genshin's lore but I REALLY HATE how it's presented
like for example albedo told us how rhinedottir was looking for naberius but it took like 5 years for that to start becoming relevant
every quest and event is just filler where the focus is taken by npcs that don't contribute anything to the lore, and even in important quests they still give npcs more time and development than the actually important characters
important lore gets shoved into random papers scattered on the map or artifact descriptions, while quests just waste time with paimon telling us how much she loves food
