Frankly the "X episode is Y character's episode!" thing seems like it was more true in earlier drafts of the series than it was when the episodes began production. Episode 3 and 4 are the only ones that have been truly focused on one of the main cast; episode 1 was the pilot that wasn't focused on anyone in particular, episode 2 is mostly there for establishing Pomni's personality through the lens of her interactions with Gummigoo, and episode 3 is split 3:1 between Kinger and Zooble.
