People still got raped by said skill despite the coin power being fixed to 1 because there's just too many ways for him to go beyond the self inflicted 130%. He still gets
>Final power through the burn/tremor he inflicts which you can't avoid unless cleansed
>More damage through interacting with both standard and unique ammo
>Forces a slash damage increase which you literally cannot avoid at the start of a new pattern
>Unopposed attacks deal more damage; This is on the character with a 6 coin unbreakable
>More damage through skills that spend ammo
>Boosted damage the lower his HP is; forces 2 skills to be unbreakable
>Boosted damage the higher his speed is. This is the only way in which you can prevent (one) damage condition because of the bind which is mandatory since he gigabuffs his min/max rolls on top of haste.
You'd literally just have to remove the damage lines on some of his passives to have it be fair. The idea is fine and everything bad about him (besides the damage) is an issue with unbreakables in general anyways. I honestly doubt the "nerf" we got was even thought out because all it does is gimp the red coins, which wasn't the core issue.
