look man, I don't know shit about warcraft other than it is some gay looking mmorpg and the movie plot, but theoretically you possibly could lore up a powerful cripple character with good writting, maybe he's more vril (or whatnot i'll call it that) than man at that point, maybe this entity or energy is not only possesing the body, but actually fusion in being and spirit yet somewhat with limited mobility, maybe that mage dude fucked so much with dark energy or whatever gay shit that he's got a spiritual illness far beyond the restoration through high white magic levels, maybe he can walk but it requires an exceptional ammount of concentration thus leave it for battles and important moments, maybe the source of the energy decided to punish and fuck him and it's constantly consuming him at the same time he is constantly using the magickal energy or some sort of necromancingly using his physical life as feed to grant him spiritul powers. It's a magickal world, you can do fucking everything, including cripples, but why is he in a fucking wheelchain and not some mechanical spider shit, or some sor of golem mech suit.
