There were more details about her current circumstance, but I just couldn't fit in the original reply. (already had to split the text thrice lmao).
She is coming out of a difficult relationship right about now and is dealing with the fallout of that. That's probably why she isn't ready for a relationship in this moment in time and not fated to meet you currently. But that's only my assumption. Could be other reasons.
