"try" is the keyword there. None of the web-based stuff I'm familiar with produces clean sprites, to say nothing of sprite sheets. You could prompt something as a jumping off point, but it's going to take some post-gen editing to make it an actual sprite sheet. And don't bother trying to prompt a sprite sheet to begin with because the more individual characters in the image, and the smaller they are in frame, the more the details are going to get wonky. I made this in Whisk.
Maybe there's a local solution, but you'd have to ask in the stable diffusion thread.
