Have you played DS2 ? it`s a fun game with a lot of charm and love put into it. Better than DS3 just by virtue of having more actual content that isnt just look at this
The bosses are fun, and Majula is the best hub. Dual wield has to be the best thing to come from it.
The real question, is why are people so hateful towards 2 that isn`t just muh ADP and being told to hate it by jewtubers. Soul memory is barely a fucking issue either when playing multiplayer. I`ve done it a few times with my friend (pic here) and it`s really fun. Being able to upgrade your equipment so you can wear silly jank was def nice too.
DS2 is a great game, and I will never not defend it, while 3 on the other hand was such a steaming pile of shit. I honestly felt so disappointed when I played it the first time and I just couldn`t like it, how uninspired it felt and was just all member this.
Miyazaki himself also likes DS2
