It is with a heavy heart that I must report the passing of Lieutenant Double-Yefreitor Raphaël Ambrosius Costeau of Precinct 41, at the age of 44. He passed away suddenly from a heart attack while attempting to solve "The Kira Case." He is survived by his only living relative, Lieutenant Double-Yefreitor Harrier "Harry" DuBois, also of Precinct 41.
