It's the fact that Riot sees nothing wrong with a tank who can take literally 20k damage in a single fight with his ult and be effectively unkillable, yet at the same time have the damage to burst an adc harder than even an assassin could

Like I don't care what his winrate is, if you're on the design team and you see that that's even possible when building full hp, you should be responding to that
