Portions of it could be real, but with fake shit added. If it's AI generated then it will be drawing from real photos and footage, but the plug-in effects were a bit too sus.
A good way to tactically-taint real footage would be to just release the real stuff but throw in a few special effects and modifications to make people think it is fake.
The other stuff COULD have been added to make it look like Iron dome was also working and make the barrage look far worse.
