The demand exists, I just don't think anyone has the ability to make it as appealing though. Most chao garden Sims that exist so far are pretty ass. Granted this one is at least the most competent one but he's going to have to really make it fleshed out and fill with content and mechanics to tickle the brains of Chaofags. Which is going to take a lot of dev time, and we all know what happens to a lot of fan projects nowadays.
