i am trying everything, i have good degree and 5 years industry experience cant seem to find a role

is there any magik i can do? any easy quick win books?

I have a phd from a top Uni in London. Chem engineering background.

went on to do tech consulting after that. 5 years later need a new job and i cant seem to get any interviews.

1. should i be using ai to write cv?
2. do they scan your cv and auto reject if detect ai? is there a way to check my cv?
3. what the fuck do i do? usual applying is not working.
