It's also possible something funky is going on because I removed "Level Based Mixed EV System and Allocator" and it changed something in the code that can't be undone by removing the pugin. If that is the case, I'll have to make a fresh game. Luckily, I should be able to copy over all the maps and PBS files, so this won't take more than an hour of work, but I'm putting it off unless I know for a fact I have to do this.
