I usually put about 3 tablespoons of sugar COOKED into the spaghetti sauce not put in towards the end like what blacks do. They look like they put in about 10 to 20 tablespoons of sugar if not more which is just disgusting, then they wonder why diabetes is highest in the black community compared to everyone else.
