Last I saw anons using trying to estimate the population using US and EU stats came to 26 million before military loses and illegal immigration, and this assumes a birth rate and death rate that are the same as before.

Also if I recall correctly the roughest estimate of the maximum soldiers they hypothetically could field was 2 million. Though this figure assumes a perfectly equal gender and age brackets, the complete collapse of the adult male population, and sparing women, children, and the elderly. Thus, while still facing the prospect of demographic collapse the number is actually much lower in reality since demographic division are far less favourable than the hypothetical.
