If we get into technicalities the 100% real Panhuman Morgan was shown when Beryl summoned her. She was classed as Ruler and her appearance was nearly identical to the High Queen Morgan that we got later (with the veil and all).
The Lostbelt Morgan we got is fused since PHH Morgan killed herself to upload all the information into Witch of Rain Tonelico/Aesc and this one with the mixed knowledge from PHH managed to survive and journey to become Morgan thousands of years later.
So... appearancewise there isn't much difference. Personalitywise, she is more schizophrenic than before. Or less depending on the point of view. This Morgan does seem to recognize Panhuman beings related to her, as she smiled when Gareth called her mother.
