It's about on par with the PS2 X games. Most of it was composed by Shinya Okada, who doesn't really excel at rock music and did stuff like Mega Scorpio, Dynasty, the Armored Armadillo remix in Maverick Hunter X, and so on. Basically techno-heavy, electronic and atmospheric stuff.

Not really a fan of the guy's work in other Capcom games, but I actually really liked his work on Command Mission. Only big complain is that most of the songs are rather short.
