Brant only need his sig if you want him to do real sub dps damage. The only people who pulled for him are Changli quickswap main and husbando enjoyers, ie people who would also pull for his sig so him needing his sig is a moot point

Cart has been shown to still do crazy damage without her sig or Ciaccona. All she really needs is either Aero Rover or S3. If you have the money to go for S3 then you can afford her sig, or just level your Aero rover and do her rotation that doesn't eat aero dots
