A few notes for the run:
- Midori ex actually applies the poison 5 times at the start before doing normal poison tick, so you'll want to do Midori ex as many times as possible.
- You want to get to 2 stacks before the ballista is up or at least close to it, because Midori will actually target the control device and trigger the ballista
- 3 Mika ex every opening
